Mission
The purpose of the Fund shall be to fund the Michael R. Winters Scholarship which will be awarded annually to an incoming freshman of Bishop Hartley High School with outstanding leadership qualities and an excellent academic record. The Michael R. Winters Scholarship is managed and administered by Bishop Hartley High School.
