The Foundation shall hold, manage, invest, and reinvest the Fund in accordance with the rules and procedures for the administration and operation of endowment funds of the Foundation as may be in effect from time to time for the following purposes(s): to support equally Our Lady, Queen of the Apostles Parish, Chillicothe, Ohio EIN 99-3594812; the National Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation, Carey, Ohio EIN 34-4428988; Adena Health Foundation, Friends of Hospice Fund, Chillicothe, Ohio EIN 74-3008742; The Catholic Foundation, Bishop Flaget Elementary School Fund #320ACL, Columbus, Ohio TIN 31-1116640: and St. Margaret Cemetery. Chillicothe, Ohio TIN 31-4394166.
