Mission
The purpose of the Fund shall be to provide tuition assistance for students to attend Bishop Flaget School in Chillicothe, Ohio. The Fund shall be available for all students, regardless of religious affiliation, with students who are female, a member of a minority and/or otherwise disenfranchised receiving particular preference for tuition assistance.Continuity of the Fund updated 1/10/24. If, in the sole judgement of the Board, the purposes described in Section 2. can no longer be fulfilled, funds will be distributed to St. Mary's St. Vincent de Paul Conference of Charity in Chillicothe, OH. Jf Bishop Flaget Grade School and St. Mary's St. Vincent de Paul Conference of Charity should cease to exist, the Fund shall terminate and all of the assets in the Fund shall be distributed to St. Bernard Clairvaux Society of St. Bernard Abbey, 1600 St. Bernard Drive, Cullman, Alabama 35055.
