Story
Tom’s long-time friend Stuart Laing and his family promised to establish this Fund to capture his love of music and to support aspiring musicians. He was a passionate enthusiast of the Hart Performing Arts Series and the program’s ongoing exposure of world class talent to Oceana County students. The Thomas Clair Fund for Young Musicians will give scholarships to Oceana student musicians attending a fine arts camp and support local schools purchasing new instruments. Thomas was a graduate of Pentwater High School and retired to Ludington with his wife, Joan.
