The Frank Family Memorial Fund honors the memory of Jim and Fran Frank and their son, Jim, whose lives were rooted in hard work, family, and a deep love for their community. Jim carried forward the family legacy through Valley City Metals, leading with integrity and a commitment to quality. He believed strongly in creating opportunities for young people, especially in skilled trades, and worked tirelessly to support local businesses and strengthen Oceana County. This fund continues the Frank family’s dedication to community and opportunity by inspiring and supporting the next generation to explore and pursue meaningful skilled trades careers.
