Story
David Nobles was a passionate volunteer in the Oceana Medical Reserve Corps and initially established this fund to support their ongoing work. The Medical reserve Corps conducted ongoing training activities for emergency response and is committed to improving the health, safety, and resiliency of their communities. Now that the Corps is disbanded David continues to support public safety projects & programs and other charitable interests.
