Story
This scholarship is presented to higher education students in our service area in Oceana County who plan to pursue a degree or credential at any two- or four-year accredited college, university, vocational/technical center. The Southern Area Oceana Chamber of Commerce seeks to inspire students to dream as entrepreneurs. The scholarship award celebrates the students’ success and their bright vision for the future, both as of today’s community leaders and tomorrow’s celebrated businesspeople.
