Pentwater resident and animal-lover, Cathy Miller, provided a grant out of the Miller Charitable Fund to seed long-term support for LASSI's respected and needed work. LASSI supports the stray, abandoned, neglected & injured companion animals of the Oceana County Animal Control Shelter in Shelby, MI. They pay for veterinary care, socialize the dogs and cats and provide basic household pet training.
