Purpose
The Oceana Community Foundation’s new home in historic downtown Hart represents an investment in the future of Oceana County. This fund supports the building’s renovation and development into a welcoming space for both Foundation staff and community members. By creating a permanent headquarters and shared gathering place, we are strengthening our capacity to connect people, support local initiatives, and foster lasting community impact.
