GROWING HOPE FROM A PERMANENT HOME For more than 10 years the LOVE INC THRIFT STORE has been much more than a store. It has been a place where people can find affordable necessities, volunteers have the opportunity to serve with purpose, generous donors are able to give back to their community and our neighbors in need feel supported and hopeful. The Thrift Store has become one of the community's gathering places—a place where generosity changes lives everyday. It is a vital way Love INC Helps Churches Help People. Love INC has the opportunity to ensure this place remains part of our community forever. Until now they have leased this building for a generously low rent. Yet they knew the owners could make changes at any time and they would have to make drastic changes to the way they serve our community. Recently the owner has offered to sell them the building for much less than market value, contingent on Love INC replacing the HVAC system that was no longer functioning. With the community's support, they can secure a permanent home for a ministry the community already depends on. Love INC has faithfully occupied this building for more than a decade, covering the costs of utilities, maintenance and repairs. Ownership of this building creates stability for the Love INC ministry as it meets the needs of the community. They invite you to be a part creating a permanent home for the Love INC Thrift Store. Together we can ensure that Love INC will be able to serve Oceana County for generations to come.
