For Lucy and David Ordoobadi, Pentwater is more than a second home; it’s a cherished tradition. Lucy, who grew up summering in the area, and David established the Ordoobadi Family Fund at the Community Foundation for Oceana County in 2020 to give back. They actively support local initiatives, including early literacy programs and projects through the Community Wish List. Their contributions have helped purchase a library cart for incarcerated residents and audio-visual equipment for Shelby Public Schools.
