Story
Bill and Gail moved their family to Pentwater when he accepted the position as the school's superintendent. After nearly a decade at Pentwater Schools, Bill would eventually move on to serving as the Oceana ISD's superintendent. Bill established the Bluhm-Lockwood Memorial Fund at the Foundation, after Gail passed away in 2015, and used its grantmaking to support their favorite nonprofits.
