The Fund was created to nurture the next generation of innovative theater makers at the Idaho Shakespeare Festival by providing essential support for their artistic development. It will offer emerging artists the opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant community of the Idaho Shakespeare Company, facilitating housing, travel, and a per diem to ensure their full engagement in the creative process. By granting access to organizational resources, mentorship, and collaborative experiences, the Fellowship aims to empower fellows to hone their craft, expand their artistic vision, and contribute meaningfully to the theater landscape. Through this initiative, we seek to cultivate a diverse and dynamic group of theater makers who will inspire and elevate the art form for years to come.
