The Fund was created by the family of Grover Michael Loening of Melba to honor his memory and those that have been lost through tragedies in and around the community of Melba by providing post-secondary scholarships to students within the Melba School District and to provide financial support to Melba High School students participating in school-sponsored educational travel opportunities
