To celebrate Joybelle Scott's life, Claire and Dow Scott established the Joybelle Scott College Scholarship Fund for deserving Orofino High School Seniors. A university education transformed Joybelle's life, enriching the lives of her four children and nine grandchildren. It is our sincere hope that the fund inspires and transforms the lives of young people from Orofino, enriching their lives and the lives of people around them.
