Summary
This fund supports the Strengthening Voices (R)/Grassroots Leadership Development Institute initiative that provides local community members with the knowledge, skills, and resources to address community needs. Participants develop partnerships with individuals, community groups, nonprofit organizations, and local government. Participants and graduates (Grassroots Leadership Alumni) volunteer, serve on Boards, and lead new initiatives, creating positive change to improve the lives of Spartanburg County residents.
