Kevin Malcolm Alexander Fund
Summary
The Kevin Malcolm Alexander Fund was established January 11, 1972 by Alonzo B. Alexander, Jr. as a memorial to his son who died October 10, 1970 as a result of an automobile accident which occurred while he was attending his senior year at Clemson University. He wanted the fund to be of material benefit to the citizens of Spartanburg County, and more particularly, for the underprivileged children, through free tuition for summer camp each year at the Salvation Army.
