This renewable scholarship will be awarded to two graduates of Richmond High School. Graduates of good moral character and of proven scholastic ability to further their education and training. Pursuing a course of education in the liberal arts and sciences, and especially library science, information science, computer science and engineering, linguistics, and other disciplines (such as history) related to the collection, organization, storage, retrieval, interpretation, and use of information.
