The Rosa Family Scholarship Award Fund was established in 1988 by members of the Rosa Family.  Awarded to Richmond High School graduating seniors planning to attend IU East or Ivy Tech Richmond who have made a significant effort to achieve academic excellence and who have demonstrated a positive attitude toward learning and citizenship.
