To provide at least two scholarships each year to Richmond High School graduating seniors in recognition of academic excellence planning to attend I.U. East or Ivy Tech located in Richmond, Indiana. In the event the criteria becomes too restrictive, the purpose of the Fund shall include the support of educational scholarships for deserving students who most closely satisfy the criteria.
