Wayne County College Fund
Fund Purpose
Established with assets of the former NATCO Foundation and a Lilly Endowment challenge grant. Awarded to graduates of Wayne County high schools, attending a Wayne County college and based on financial need. Component Fund include: Charles P. & Sylvia Bane Memorial Fund; Hub & Zella Etchison Memorial Fund; James & Margaret Gibbons Memorial Fund; Elizabeth Jay Memorial Fund; Lilly Challenge Fund; Frances Mayhew Memorial Fund; John & Katherine Miller Scholarship Fund; Fred Nottingham Memorial Fund and Moreta Ballinger Rinehart Scholarship Fund.
