This scholarship was established in 2021 in memory of J.D. Radford by his sister, Gina Radford Charles.  It is awarded to a Northeastern High School graduating senior continuing their education in the field of agriculture or veterinary science.  J.D. was loved by so many as being giving, never too busy to stop and lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it; always putting others ahead of self.  He had the unique ability to bring a smile to everyone he met.
