To be awarded to a graduating senior from a Wayne County High School who is enrolling in a 2-year or 4-year program with the intention of a career in service to people with disabilities. Preference given to a student who has been a volunteer with an organization that serves children and adults with disabilities. Minimum grade point average of 2.5.
