To assist in alleviating child delinquency for the purpose of teaching, instructing and training young boys and girls in Richmond for self-reliance and building character, to promote science, art, health and healthful recreation and good citizenship, to assist in the establishment and maintenance of Sunday School clubs, social clubs, Boy Scout and Girl Scout work, and all other organizations with the city of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana as organized and interested in the building of character and religious training of young boys and girls.
