The late Mary Jane and Jim Kinney established this fund to ensure recognition of her father’s contribution to development of Twin Falls County as founder of Filer State Bank in 1908. Their children, Mary Abercrombie and John Kinney, advise on the annual beneficiaries during their lifetimes.
