This Fund was created by Dusty and Dorothy Rhoades of Kamiah, Idaho, to provide financial aid to graduates of Kamiah High School, Clearwater Valley High School, Grangeville High School, Prairie High School, Highland High School and Nezperce High School pursuing a degree in an agriculture-related field such as, without limitation, Farming, Veterinary Science, Agri-Business and Diesel Mechanics.
