Created by the late Eugene "Gene" Magleby of Idaho falls to promote and support institutions of higher education and the pursuit of higher education, with an emphasis on the field of natural sciences. Annual distributions will be made to Boise State University Foundation, University of Idaho Foundation, Lewis-Clark State College Foundation and Idaho State University Foundation.
