The Fund was created to honor long-time Franklin residents, Paul and Zelma Woodward, who were consistent champions for youth and higher education. Annual distributions from the Fund will be used to provide grants to the Preston Education Foundation for post-secondary scholarships to students graduating from Preston High School.
