Neighbors-helping-Neighbors Initiative
Purpose
In response to the diminishing economy CFHC is launching an initiative called "Neighbors Helping Neighbors". This initiative forms an alliance among our community health and human services organizations creating a safety net for critical needs. These organizations will act as a coalition to share resources serving basic needs while assisting our neighbors. The community foundation has designated a portion of its unrestricted grant dollars to shore up these resources and invites individual donors to contribute to the initiative. An interagency review team will review and recommend distribution decisions.
