Dr. James Edward Brittain Scholarship Fund
Purpose
To provide financial support for students seeking an accredited post-secondary education or certification. Attachment A: The following considerations for identifying scholarship candidates should be given to grant awards made by this fund. 1. First generation college student 2. Financial need 3. West Henderson High school student 4. May include post-secondary degree at accredited institution, GED recipients, high school graduates, and adult education 5. Any of the following fields of study: History of Science, Histroy Educator, Electrical Engineering, General Education teacher, Physical Therapy, Agriculture/Horticulture, Forestry, Technical program students (omitting sports and craft brewerry), and Nursing.
