Robert Gray Betzer Memorial Endowment
Purpose
The purpose of the Robert Gray Betzer Memorial Endowment is to enhance programming for young people at the Delavan Aram Public Library. The Delavan Aram Public Library Librarian and Youth Services Librarian will decide how to best utilize annual distributions from the Fund to enhance programming for young people. Preference should be given to supporting the needs of the Children’s Reading Room, an area that was especially important to Robert Gray Betzer. Distributions may not be used for staff salaries, bonuses, construction projects or operating expenses.
