Robert P. Ernest Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund
Purpose
The Robert P. Ernest Memorial Scholarship is awarded each year to a valedictorian, salutatorian or student with the highest grade point average of a larger Jackson County high school (149 students or more in graduating senior class). The award recognizes exceptional high school achievement in academics, citizenship and extracurricular activity.

Details
Robert P. Ernest Scholarship - up to $1,000
• Resident of Jackson County, Michigan
• Valedictorian, salutatorian or student with highest GPA from a larger Jackson County high school (149 students or more in graduating senior class). For this year this includes only students from Jackson High School, Northwest High School and Western High School
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
• Participation in school activities and/or sports
• Good citizenship, leadership and outside activities including work experience
• Category: Valedictorian/Salutatorian
