This sub-fund supports The Izzo Legacy Endowment Fund, and we are honored to be the first to establish such a meaningful fund. Creating it allows us to recognize the extraordinary impact of Tom and Lupe Izzo and contribute to a legacy rooted in service, dedication, and generosity.

Lupe Izzo is a woman of tremendous character, and while Tom Izzo is celebrated as one of the greatest coaches in the game, he is an even better human being. Their compassion for individuals facing illness, hardship, or simply needing encouragement is profound and deeply felt by those whose lives they touch. Seeing these values carried forward through their children, and now their grandchildren, speaks volumes about the strength of the Izzo family and the example Tom and Lupe have set.

As MSU students, our philanthropic journey began years ago at the Meridian Mall in East Lansing, participating in a dance marathon to raise funds to fight multiple sclerosis. That experience shaped our commitment to giving back. We have been blessed along the way, and the success of Rick Young Insurance Services has allowed us to support those in need in meaningful ways. The Izzo family’s generosity and heart have inspired so many, and we are proud to help extend a legacy that will continue to shine brightly for generations to come.
