Debbie Haran Carrel Memorial DA Fund

The Debbie Haran Carrel DA fund was established by Craig Carrel in memory of his wife Debbie to support charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes and organizations serving Marshall and Calhoun County. At such a time as the fund ceases to have an Advisor, the fund shall become a Field of Interest Fund of the Marshall Community Foundation for the purpose of charitable programs and activities that benefit the communities of Albion and Marshall.

The Charles and Shirley Cook Sister Cities Fund was established by Charles and Shirley Cook for the purpose of advancing the relationship between the City of Marshall, MI and Koko-cho, Japan. Dr Lynne Haley Memorial Fund

The Dr. Lynne Haley Memorial Fund was established in October 2023 by the MCF board of trustees in memory of Lynne, a long-time board member and beloved member of the Marshall Community. Lynne served on the MCF board of trustees for 20+ years and was always working for the betterment of her community. Through this unrestricted fund, the Foundation will be able to make grants to area nonprofits to support the emerging, changing and evolving needs of the community, now and into the future.

The Healthy Youth and Healthy Seniors Fund was established by a grant from the State of Michigan. The funds are used to support community efforts by Schools, Public Health and other Non-Profit organizations in the prevention of tobacco use.
