Clyde and Marian Connelly Jr. Music Scholarship
Purpose
The Clyde and Marian Connelly Music Scholarship was established by a bequest from Clyde and Marian Connelly to the Marshall Community Foundation. It was their desire to assist talented students pursuing music curriculum at higher institutions of learning. The scholarship is awarded each year to former graduates of Michigan High Schools who are in their third through fifth year of college. Applicants must show continued education in music, with a preference given to those with a Music related major or minor. Previous recipients are eligible to reapply, but no more than three annual awards per person. A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required.
