Jeff Seybert Memorial Scholarship
Purpose
The Jeff Seybert Memorial Scholarship was established by Joe and Ann Wheeler in loving memory of their son, Jeff. The scholarship is awarded to Marshall High School graduating seniors pursuing a college education that exemplifies Jeff’s personal attributes of kindness, respect, consideration, and humility with the courage to be a positive influence for Marshall Youth. Because of this scholarship, Jeff will continue to have a positive effect on the youth of Marshall for generations to come.
