Charles W. and Cheryl A. Groesbeck Scholarship
Purpose
The Groesbeck Scholarship was established by Cheryl Groesbeck to support female students. The scholarship is awarded to female graduating seniors or previous graduates from Calhoun County and Olivet High Schools pursuing a college education in math or the sciences, with preference toward food science. Applicants must be enrolled as a full- or part-time student at a two- or four-year college, with preference given toward those attending Alma College or Michigan State University. Evidence of involvement in co- and extra-curricular activities, financial need may be a determining factor. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred. Students who receive this scholarship are encouraged to apply for further support in subsequent years.
