Joyce L. Franke Memorial Scholarship
Purpose
The Joyce L. Franke Memorial Scholarship was established by the children of Tom and Joyce Franke in memory of their mother. Joyce held a degree from the University of Michigan School of Art and shared her love of Art and Academics with her children and the community. The Scholarship is awarded to Marshall High School graduating seniors, former graduates, or previous recipients who plan on attending a 4-year institution with a major in Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Theater or Architecture and demonstrate financial need. Preference may be given to applicants attending the University of Michigan or Kalamazoo College.
