Charles & Shirley Cook Sister City Fund
Purpose
The Charles and Shirley Cook Sister Cities Fund was established by Charles and Shirley Cook for the purpose of advancing the relationship between the City of Marshall, MI and Koko-cho, Japan. Citizens develop a greater awareness, understanding and appreciation of the cultural and historical values of the two communities and their respective countries.
