Brooks Memorial Fountain Fund
Purpose
The Brooks Memorial Fountain Fund was established by Mrs. Dorothy Hess Lockett. Because of her own fond childhood memories of the fountain, Dorothy wanted future generations to be able to enjoy it. The earnings from this fund will be used to provide major preservation or restoration for the Brooks Memorial Fountain in Marshall, MI.
