Helen L. Mack Award
Purpose
The Helen Mack Award was established by Helen’s husband, William Mack, to reflect both her character and passion. Helen’s children – including William R. Mack, Karen Strough and Carol Albaugh - describe Helen as compassionate, genuinely interested in other people, thoughtful, full of easy laughter and someone who truly loved working with children. Along with their father, they hope this award gives students an opportunity to express themselves and share their thoughts with others. The Helen Mack Award is awarded annually to Marshall Public School Elementary Students.
