Network Vivian Lusch Memorial Scholarship
Purpose
The Network Vivian Lusch Memorial Scholarship was established by the Marshall Area Network, a group that meets September through June to share ideas and discuss issues of public interest in Calhoun County. In 2002, the Network Scholarship was renamed after founding member, Vivian Lusch. The scholarship is awarded to a non-traditional Marshall Public Library District resident pursuing a 2–4-year degree, certification, or professional development classes.
