Kari On Memorial Scholarship
Purpose
The" Kari On" Memorial Scholarship was established by the family and friends of Kari (Searles) Jolink, a Marshall Middle School teacher and coach who was known for making personal connections with students, teammates, colleagues, and members of the Marshall community. Throughout her life, Kari participated in many service projects as a student, an educator, and as a friend. The legacy she left behind was that of a caring individual who "paid it forward" and always gave back to her hometown of Marshall with a smile. This scholarship is awarded each year to Marshall High School graduating seniors who exemplify Kari's attributes of honesty, respect, responsibility, caring and community services.
