Governor's Mansion Museum Fund

The Governor’s Mansion Museum Fund was established by the Mary Marshall Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. The fund will be used to support the operations of the Governor’s Mansion and Museum, including but not limited to, general operations, utilities, upkeep, staffing, programming, exhibits, training and museum-related conferences, repairs and restorations of appropriate historical standards, and additions and changes for the structure and museum needs.

Great Escape Stage Company Fund

The Great Escape Stage Company Fund was established by the organization for the purpose of renovating and maintaining Great Escape’s theatre house, which will serve as a space for the pursuit and production of performing and theatrical arts. In October 2017, after a very successful “chair campaign” the Great Escape Stage Company board added a special designation “subcategory” to deposit donations specifically for purchasing and maintaining Great Escape Stage Company’s theater seating.

The Hayes-Washburn Fund for the Visual Arts was established by Elizabeth (Betty Bea) Washburn to continue and expand the interests of Muriel Hayes, an educator and philanthropist, who had bequeathed to the Marshall Middle School Art Department Fund. The Fund provides support for programs, such as, visiting artists, visiting art exhibits, tours to art institutes and centers, scholarships for classes at art centers and purchasing supplies for enrichment classes.

Charles Frederick Johnston Fund

The Charles Frederick Johnston Fund was established by his family and friends to honor his memory. Charles enjoyed learning and was an avid reader. In recent years, he became dedicated to genealogical research tracing both his and his wife Dona’s ancestors to the early 15th century, spending many hours at the library. This fund will honor Charles by supporting the Marshall District Library’s mission, including but not limited to, serving as a leader in the community, fostering collaborative partnerships, and providing educational, recreational, and technological services in a safe and welcoming environment.

The Robert and Elaine Lund Memorial Fund was established by the American Museum of Magic, Inc. to preserve, protect and expand the collection owned by the Museum, including without limitation, the Museum’s collection contained in the Lund Memorial Library, and to fund the operating expenses of the Museum.
