Joe E. Lieber Memorial Scholarship Fund
Purpose
This fund provides educational scholarships to Harrison County residents who graduate from Lanesville High School who have participated in at least three cumulative years of high school athletics, have volunteered in community service, and are accepted into and attend accredited two- or four-year public or private institutions or trade or vocational institutions.
