This fund provides support as directed by the HCCF Board of Directors for programs or activities that fulfill charitable or other exempt purposes benefiting Harrison County.

2017 - Arts Midwest World Fest, Manhu
2018 - Provided an accessible garden and landscaping at the Boys & Girls Club facility; provided Meals on Wheels for Harrison County clients on the waitlist
2019 - Rehabilitated women's transitional housing (Genesis House); Harrison County Cultural Pass 2019; 2019 Repair Affair annual project; new roof for Hayswood Theatre
2020 - Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana School to work plus program at South Harrison Community Schools; Historical Society of Harrison County repair of Historical Markers throughout the county; Supported build of a community hall accessible to all community members at Freed From Within
2021 - Purdue University to create a Rainscape Garden to provide demonstration gardens for adult and youth educational programs; Supported Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana programs for 350 Harrison County students for the 2021-2022 school year; Harrison County Community Services' mobile office; provided the Arts Alliance of Southern Indiana art supplies for ten little free library boxes in Harrison County
2022 - Repair Affair of Harrison County's 2022 Repair Affair event; supported the building of an inclusive playground and other playground upgrades with the Harrison County Parks Department
2023 - Purchased grandstand seating at the Harrison County Fairgrounds; Veteran's housing project for homeless and at-risk-of-homelessness Veterans
