Bruce and Joan Burton Dreamers Tuition Assistance Fund
Purpose
This fund provides support for tuition assistance programs benefitting students who are immigrants or have at least one parent who is an immigrant. In addition, at least one parent must have been born in a non-English speaking country. Preference will be given to households that speak a language other than English. Such support may be used to provide tuition assistance for pre-school, vocational training or higher education. Preference will be given to students living in Harrison County. Preference will also be given for tuition assistance programs at the following schools: qualified pre-schools located in Harrison County; Indiana University Bloomington; Indiana University Southeast; Purdue University; and Ivy Tech located in Indiana; University of Louisville and Bellarmine University located in Kentucky; and Baylor University located in Texas.
