Purpose
This fund supports the growth of the handbell choir including the maintenance and purchase of handbells, and the purchase of music for the handbell choir at St. John's Lutheran Church. The funds may also provide for expansion of adult and children's vocal choirs but no routine and customary expenses unless criteria under stated special provision is met.
