Michael S. Herman Memorial Scholarship Student has a record of outstanding academic performance, high financial need, and plans to pursue an undergraduate degree at a recognized college or university in a STEM discipline. STEM is currently defined as Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

Lennarz Family Scholarship Fund

This Fund provides scholarships to students who graduate from a public or private high school in greater Williamsburg. The student will attend a Virginia community college or a Virginia public university. The student must demonstrate financial need. The student has shown responsibility and care for others by, for example: holding a job, taking care of a family member (parent, sibling, etc.), or serving the student’s community in a meaningful way throughout high school.

Provides scholarships to public or private high school students with a preference for those who have attained a GPA of 3.5 or higher, engaged in community service, demonstrate some financial need and have an interest in the field of education.

Fund to hold annual pass-through named scholarships that are awarded as part of the Scholarship process. Minimum scholarship is $1,500.

Paula Kirtland Scholarship Fund

Fund provides scholarships to students who attend high school at Lafayette, Jamestown or Walsingham High Schools. The recipient will be a student athlete with high academic achievement. Consideration will be given to athletic ability as well as the athlete’s contribution to his or her team (i.e. sportsmanship and/or leadership).
