David Stuck Founders Scholarship
The David T. Stuck Founders Scholarship Fund honors the life and legacy of David T. Stuck, a lifelong servant leader whose quiet dedication helped shape the Three Rivers community. A World War II veteran and Western Michigan University graduate, David returned home to co-found Fibre Converters in 1949 and played key roles in establishing Riverside Church, Lights of Love, People’s Community Bank, and the Three Rivers Area Community Foundation. Created by the Stuck family, the scholarship reflects David’s belief in education as a pathway to opportunity and supports students who demonstrate academic achievement, community service, and a commitment to living with integrity, kindness, and purpose.
