Purpose
Elizabeth “Betty” Lambertson was born November 18, 1917, in Three Rivers, Michigan to Adam and Margaret Armstrong. Betty was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the Elks Club. She also volunteered for many years at the Three Rivers Area Hospital in the snack shop. This scholarship is possible as a result of both Betty’s modest lifestyle and her philanthropic gift. This scholarship is to assist students with their future goals and create a life that Betty would be proud of Betty Lambertson lived a life marked by service, education, and community involvement. Her modest lifestyle and generous spirit make this scholarship possible.
